Pict Spears

I am using some Pict Spearmen for the 1st time and after deploying the army I realize they had different unit sizes. I have 4 units ...2 of which have the standard 720 men while one has 741 and the other 684. What's going on there?

Unit starting strengths nearly always vary slightly from the standard size, it's not just the Pictish spearmen but all units. It's a feature of the game.
