Autosave and Options

I am running version 1.01.04 and and playing the campaign game from 1939. I have noticed that autosave is no longer functioning even though the box indicating autosave says "every turn" so I end up doing my own saves ( If I remember)

Also Options values changes when you move to the next scenario. They go to "0" Scroll speed, Strength Plate goes to "50". They values should carry over from the previous scenario. They are not even the default values so I don't understand why this happens.
