Moscow '41

So I captured all the flags on Moscow 41 (but did not destroy bunkers that had no flags).

Either way, when I kill the last unit, I go to the same Kharkov Scenario.

Am I doing something wrong, or will I see my option for Alt. History later on?

The alt history is after Stalingrad, and it's bonuses.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
