No dedicated forum for Multiplayer games?

Along these same lines, is there an MP group out there who, instead of relying on slow paced asynchronous turns, meets at a set time in Discord and knocks out several turns back to back in something like a 4 hour session?

I like this game a lot, but 500 turns with a 24 hour turn around is a year and a half real time. Since the turns are pretty short, I think a weekly session would proceed much more quickly. This would likely also reduce drop outs.
