I don't know how to work it into the game, but a stronger 'morale' element, along with some of the horrible ways the soviets inspired it, is always interesting. I read they used artillery and machine guns to prevent their men from retreating for example, plus some propaganda. Weather effects were also very important

Soviet skins

There is only the Sand Storm skin available and it does not work :(
