We should aim to do a turn recap every 5 turns starting from the 10th maybe when things have settled a bit. They are a good way to get the "big picture" even if you play the game yourself! Plus if Geffalrus is doing them, we get to gloat at his army of 10 barbarians.

The eye of the storm has been quite quiet actually with no regions changing hands between the successors so far. let's see what time brings!

I dunno, somehow they got an idea that Terentium is in Macedonian "sphere of influence", whatever that means.

Macedonia unilaterally condemns the brutal and unprovoked invasion of our loyal and faithful ally Tarentum and calls on the Roman forces to withdraw to the pre-conflict borders immediately.

Will post an update on our current game when I get back home with screenshots and comentary.

In the mean time, given that we've had 2 patches now, would the participants want to start a parallel game (while keeping the current one running)? Show of hands everyone. My preference is that we keep this game running and start another one.

Actually it seems I cannot post screenshots for whatever reason...

Summary of the game is:
- The war between Macedonia and Rome ended as suddenly as it started with no casualties except Sparta, which was drastically reduced in size. The Greek nation was only saved through the timely intervention of the Antigonids, Carthage and Egypt who sued for peace on behalf of the beaten Spartans (seems like they went home on their shields).
- Egypt, Seleucids and Antigonids finally declared peace with minor changes in the border. The long war was primarily notable for its complete lack of notable events.
- Carthage is allied with the Iberii and mostly keeping within its original borders except for their conquest of Sicily, which took a while. Their land army is not the most powerful, but their mighty ships scare any nation with a sea border.
- Lysimachus has cowardly left the world and given the ruler's mantle to the computer who is so far not doing a terrible job.
- Nubia is expanding rapidly into Ethiopian lands who had the insolence of declaring war. With their biggest armies defeated, the time of the Ethiopians is slowly ticking.
- Sarmatia has almost unified the lands north of the Black Sea. Armenia has slightly increased in size east conquering some lands of Media. Pontus is allied to the Antigonids and expanded a bit west from its original territory. Dacia has been in a struggle with the Getae for long and its hard to say who's winning.
- The Arverni are faring as well as they started, i.e. not well at all. They are at war with basically all the other Galic tribes and it seems unlikely that some order in the region will emerge from the chaos. Perhaps the Romans will come solve that problem at some point.
