Any troops better at reducing revolt risk?

Playing as the Seleucids, revolts are a constant risk. I was wondering if any type of troops are better than others at reducing revolt risk?

no, you might as well use skirmishers.

I have three types of garrison army. One is mostly skirmishers, a decent number of MI and some HI. These go to regions where invasion is likely -combined with a decent level of fort and buildings like the preserved food store and they can make it amost untakeable. Expensive though. The second is mostly skirmishers some MI. These go to regions which matter and might be invaded. finally just armies of skirmishers - these are my police force and get dumped to reduce the revolt risk to 1-2%.

With the new rules, I'm a bit less worried about low level revolt risk if I have a garrison. You are very unlikely to lose the region on the turn of revolt any more.
