Serial Number Issues

I purchased this way back when it first came out and installed it and played it.

Now I am trying to reinstall it and I am having issues.

I have Commander - Europe at War Gold and while trying to installed it is states that I have an Invalid Serial Number.

I re-downloaded the exe from Matrix and used the serial number on my games page.

did you copy paste or type it in manually?

Copied & pasted with no spaces.

I have copied & pasted the serial numbers for all other games with no issues, I.e., WITE/WITW, SC3, TOAW III, TOAW IV, Panzer Corps, SPWAW, etc.

Oh, I have the Matrix Edition if that matters. I posted there a while back but that thread is dead.

I am starting to wonder if CEAW is abandoned and no longer supported or in use, pity.

ok, as both sides have the same version, have you tried this sites download and core version with it's latest update?

as this sites version has both the main core exe and update, where as Matrix one doesn't

if then it still doesn't work, send a email over to support and they will sort it for you

I downloaded the 4.0 version from Slitherline and used my Matrix serial number and it installed!

Odd that my older Matrix ones (and the ones that are available from Matrix fail to install. By that I mean what is on my Matrix My Game/Serial # page.
