Update OoB

I like to update OoB but I need world war II version 6.1.7 first
Where can I find that version......I have been looking for an hour now.
Help please

Once the latest core is installed (my case), the update function indicates an update is available, but the link only opens the web site downloads page, which contains no link to an update. What is the correct link to the update installer please?
