Is there a thread somewhere listing available OOB mods?
For example my vanilla German vehicles are usually a dull grey, yet historically they had several colour schemes, so I'd like a mod that allows us to choose different schemes.
A mod that also allows us to change aircraft schemes and troop uniform colours would be welcome too.
PS- I know we can try to change vehicle schemes by clicking a units info panel but it doesn't always work.

I don't think so. I normal mod thread would eventually fall off the page if there are no new posts at regular intervals.
We should have a Custom Mod stickie with announcement similar to custom scenarios and campaigns. The number of mods bandied around should make it worthwhile imo.
