can't start PvP

Ok joined a 3-player scenario - started fine but can't move any troops or start any combat actions. Anybody have any idea what's up with this? Scenario opens fine, can clik on all combat units, they just don't move or shoot or get off the runway.

scenario is erik's wintergewitter 1.1.

This scenario has a deployment phase for the Soviets and the Axis relief force.
The Stalingrad Germans have no units to deploy, just hit end turn.

Make sure to deploy units from the reserve, I didn't do that and apparently, I cannot do it on turn 2 because there are no deployment zones anymore.

I'll change the deployment zones so you can wait until a later turn.
And maybe add a note to te Stalingrad defenders that they should just skip the deployment turn.
