I recently reset my password but now find I cannot login to multiplayer anymore. Any idea what I can do? I have multiplayers waiting but have not been able to access for 3 days now, on a game I've paid good money for! Have sent a help ticket to Slitherene a few days back but no response. I've also now sent to Matrix.
Thanks in advance for feedback.

You already emailed support@slitherine.co.uk ?
I expect they will reply on Monday. The people that would need to investigate the login issue do not work at the weekend.

Certainly looks like it! (but we play mostly on weekends.) I've had one email, returned it, but nothing yet has happened and no feedback. (and it is now going on Monday evening!) I was hoping someone here on Forum would know what to do, as 'Helpdesk' (to both Matrix & Slitherene) seems slow and unhelpful. Most frustrating as have had no multiplayer for almost 5 days now! (Thanks at least for your reply, Richard)
I did see somewhere on Forum that one could delete a Fog2 Folder to resolve certain issues, but not sure about this one.
This is the last reply I got. I gave him my answer 2 days back but no reply!
Hi Shawn,
I'm sorry you are having problems with this. Did you also change the username as well? As otherwise the new password should work with the PBEM system and the websites. Also, what username are you using to log in?

Hello skc,
I'm sorry you are having problems with this, but we do not offer a 24/7 service. We endeavour to reply to all messages within a 24 hour/working day timescale. Please note that you have received a reply to the ticket you sent on Saturday night on the Sunday. You also then contacted us via the Matrix Helpdesk as well on the Saturday night, which I had closed as this was a duplicate of a enquiry which I had already replied to, although I can see you've also decided to reopen this. You then have also sent a message here on the forums. Sending three separate messages does not get you three replies or a faster reply, but instead just gives us three times the work to have to check and in fact slows us down with replying due to the fact that we have to check more replies.
In this case, it is now Monday evening and I have seen your reply, so I am replying about the issue via the email, but next time you contact us about an issue please can you only do so once and be patient while we look into this. I will also again close the Matrix Ticket. We've also contacted RBS separately and asked him to ignore this as we are dealing with this via the email you originally sent.

Re: Fog2 Unable to login to Multiplayer after password reset
Joe/Richard,
Finally! (& my long waiting opponent is still there. (Was half hoping...as I am getting destroyed!;)
But only after using your option 2. (I.E. Delete options.txt)
I take it only happens if Password AND also User Name is changed? Next time I'll just change Password?
BTW: Richard I have always been and am still, a DBM player, never really taking to Fog Tabletop. However on PC am enjoying it. What is also really nice is I am now able to play my boy with Down syndrome. He struggles with Rules at the Club, and is usually relegated to throwing the die. However on Fog2 PC where the rules are sorted for him, he can give be a surprisingly good opponent.
Thanks again for your help, esp Joe.
Bye for now.

Re: Fog2 Unable to login to Multiplayer after password reset
Although it has similar rules, it is really a different (better IMHO) game on the PC. It is certainly easier to play, and without the rules "discussions" that often accompany all tabletop games.
I am pleased that you and your boy can enjoy the game.
Glad you got sorted out.
