Wanted to buy fog2 and the hardback book combined (physical version) but the shipping costs to the (UK) are very high.
Noticed fog2 on Amazon (UK)- free shipping and looks like a physical copy so was tempted to order it.
Says supplied by Slitherine and fulfilled by Amazon

Unfortunately there are no description details- does it include the hardback book? Does it include a game key so it means I am buying the game and the book
