Animation Speed option

At now it is said from 0% to 100%, default 50%.
To speed the game I've found 67% is good; more is removing immersion, becoming comic.

So I thought my speed is actually 134%, for 50% is the 'normal' 100% speed.
So I wonder what was 0%, and it seems rather moving 10% speed.

Please, could you show the good number? telling like "10% to 220%, default 100%" in the option? so we may better guess the speed instead of testing.
