Question regarding paratrooopers

Can you drop them in the turn that plane moved or do you need to park the plane over the desired hex and than wait for the next turn to drop?
I cannot find this information in manual/forum and it's pretty crucial for my PBEM game ^^

These screen prints will show that a transport plane can either launch paratroopers or fly in one turn, but not do both (click or scroll down):
