Version 5.2.3 [64 bit]

When I click the envelope in the upper left corner of the splash screen, a note
"Burma Road & Patch 4.1.1"
opens.

Is this WAD?

It should have been replaced with 5.x Panzerkrieg notes.
I guess it was lost in all the commotion about the v5 upgrade...
