Blitzkreig Campaign - Reinforcements

After the first few turns, I'm told that I have been allocated reinforcements, which are available at the staging area.
Can anybody tell me how to access these units please ?

If this is the Mlawa scenario, I believe that you have free choice of your reinforcements (you are awarded a bonus in resource and command points) via the Purchase Button

So what you're saying is that they aren't actually on the board until you purchase them. Is the staging area the German air base ?

Yeah, when you purchase them, you'll see the available deployment hexes highlighted.
