End Stalled Game button . . .

I have 3 MP games in progress at the moment and my opponents and myself have all made moves today. But the End Stalled Game button is highlighted in the "Enemy Turn" window, not greyed out, so presumably I could claim these games if I wanted to. I haven't clicked on the button because they are all good matches and progressing at a steady pace. Is this as intended?

If you were to try and claim the game you would be unable to do this if a move had been made in last seven days. Working as designed I believe.

That is correct, the check is made at the server end. The game does not know whether ending a stalled game will be allowed by the server or not, so has no information on which to base greying out the button.
