A suggestion for MP campaigns

There has been some threads in the forums suggesting MP campaigns with ad hoc maps and rules, trying to use the FOG game to fight individual battles in the campaign, and thinking about it I wonder if there would be possible to have some kind of afterbattle file recording the armies as they are left after battle, with losses and units routed, units gaining experience,etc, like in the campaigns, so that the game master can use it to create a new battle in the campaign
