Map Preview

Hi,
When you play a scenario, in the map preview you can see all the positions of the enemy units. There is no fog of war in the map preview. It is deliberate ?
In the campaign, there is no map preview.

Yeah, I guess it's intentional to include the unit-dots, although I wouldn't like to see them either. As for unlocked campaign missions, you basically already know them anyway, so it's not that critical. Keep your eyes to the left if you start scenarios, as anti-spoiler method! :)
When creating scenarios on your own, you can remove all units in the end to create a preview picture without the dots when saving. Just make sure you got a backup with units included!

I was just wondering about this myself so I searched and found this thread. The scenario editor should include an option to not show enemy unit positions in the preview map.

Heh, this may be the first "house rule" that I have encountered with OOB other than "don't use cheat codes." This one is "squint while you briefly gaze at the map preview for geographic purposes only!"
