Peninsula Invasion Bug

Playing a multiplayer match, Peninsula Invasion map as UK. I´ve got 3 Air Command Points in the 13th turn. Any plane can´t be deployed though, there isn´t a single "spawn hex". Am I missing anything?

Do you have control of any of the airfields currently?

Yes, I control one [airfields haven´t flags, so "controlling" an airfield in this map means it is in my territory (?)]. Another strange thing is the airfields don´t show any number of supply. I can´t even deploy a recon plane (which - as we know - doesn´t require any supply).
