Problems with AA units

1. How do you move an anti-aircraft unit to the same hex as the enemy airplane? When you hover your mouse over that hex and the aircraft is in firing range, you only have the option to shoot at it.

2. More serious: how do you stop a transported AA unit from automatically swithching to AT-modus during transport? I suspect this is a bug. But it makes my AA unit in the Morning Sun campaign nearly useless as you can't switch to AA modus and shoot in the same turn.
