Scenario loading issue

Custom scenario that worked OK pre-Kriegsmarine update.
Now it won't load at all when launched in the campaign and it halts displaying the strat-map when launched from the editor.
I've seen this issue if the scenario used duplicate factions. No such thing here (there's an extra Waffen SS faction that is not in use, but removing it doesn't make any difference).

I'm afraid we won't see any official update soon by the amount of bugs popping up here lately. I planned to wait until the next one to finally start the KM campaign.

It was related the deleting factions. I think a number of other scenario/editor bugs you reported will have been related to the same bug.
