As far as I know you get the benefit of all specializations.
We need a scroll bar or some way to display all specializations while you're playing a scenario.
Currently you can only check in-between scenarios in a campaign.

I believe you get benefit of all specializations. However, it would be very useful if developers alter the screen in the following patch to show all specializations (make their icons smaller?).

In the display of the mission objectives I can only see 5 specializations, will it be changed in one of the next updates?

Game version: 2.9.6g / steam

Scrambling specialization also effects tactical bombers. Descriptions says it should effect only fighters.

In the list of specialties for the US Marines campaign, I don't see any "Higgins Boats" option like there used to be (and like there still is in the US Pacific campaign)...this makes most of the Marines scenarios really difficult and time consuming! Are Higgins Boats really not a part of this campaign anymore, or am I missing something?

I believe there's a current bug with the Higgins.
I assume it will be fixed in the next patch.

If I read correctly the new specialization system also gets used for the original campaigns?

Let's see how this is going to work out. I hope some other tweaks were done to the balancing, I remember struggling for resources for most of the US campaign and swimming in them in the end.

I like the basic idea of the new specialization system, but I think there could be some more diversity and more focusing. In Blitzkrieg you get almost all the specializations and in Morning Glory I think you actually get them all.

This is bad for replayability and basically not very fun. The question is not really what to choose, but only when.

I would prefer to be able to go more in a specific direction (with higher rewards), ie. air, but then at the cost in land and sea specializations. Or if i´d prefer, get middle rewards in all arms.
