Oké. Sorry I do not use GME myself. I think if people make a fresh PC game and overwrite it with the mod it will work. I have to find out how to handel GME.

The dive bombers and fighters have to show up, they do by me. As I sad, I just took a fresh game and overwrote it. If you all are using GME, than I do not know what will happend, if it is GME proof. I'll have to find that out.

It is correct that you have a lot of horse traction in the beginning, you have to upgrade with halftracks/trucks. Their will come a message about that. Also SE units can not be purchased. But wait for them, they will be given to you in the scenario's to come.

Ok, I tried it your way...

1) I copied the PzC folders that your mod was going to change to a backup folder.
2) I then copied your folders to the Panzer Corps game directory thereby overwriting their contents
3) I started PzC and again I could see your new screen
4) Started a New Game then selected the regular 1939-1945 to Play
5) I could see your changes and units
6) I then went back to the game menu and attempt to select the DLC for 1939. it was not there.
7) I copied the DLC1.txt file for my DLC 1939 to overwrite yours (This is the game key)
8) I then restarted the game and the DLC for 1939 was there.
9) I started the DLC and had the same issue I reported before, which were...

a) Turn 2, no Stukas show up at Frankfurt per message
b) Turn 3, no fighter shows up at Frankfurt per message
c) Turn 6, the Bomber DOES show up per message
d) Turn 8, Art Reg in Frankfurt does not show up per message

Not sure why this is happening, but using GME is preferable and safer... got the same results

I am hoping one of the moderators are seeing this and can comment

I am enjoying the battle though...just more challenging

I reinstalled the whole game and put the mod over it again. It works fine with me. The units show up like the have to, no problems.

The game key can be a problem, I can not see that becausse I use my game Key and it works.

1) The scenarios are reworked with the v1.22 editor version. Use the v1.22 game
2) I use the v1.20 (new) game rules in the option screen, not the classic v1.14 option (I do not know if this have anything to do with it)
3) Remember the game is far from finished (I think about a weekly update) but it has to run good.

OK...

I am using the latest 1.22 version. I have all products.
When I play, I use the v1.20 game rules

I'm sorry, I do not know what to do on my end. I could try to reinstall all products.

Sorry I do not understand why it works/run with no problems with me. Is your only problem the sometimes not arriving units? Does it run OK further?

It has to be changed to look like this:

Look at the path:

C:\Panzer Corps\Panzer Corps\MODS\PHCAS mod v122 - v100

You have to cut and paste all the files to the location above. It will not work with all the files under panzer corps

C:\Panzer Corps\Panzer Corps\MODS\PHCAS mod v122 - v100\panzer corps.

Don't forget to to update the GME

Thanks Razz1. That is what I did and I can execute his mod except for a couple of issues. Maybe you can assist me,

1) Before I load his mod thru GME, I can see all the DLCs as normal. After I load the mod, I cannot see any the DLCs. I found that if I overwrite his DLC1.txt under his DLC/GC39, then I can see my DLC for GC39. I then can play it using his mod changes. Why do I need to use my file?
2) For whatever reason, once I start playing GC39 with his mods, there are certain units that do not appear, yet they do for him. What could I be missing?

I am enjoying his mod and he has added some great messages, pictures, and unit capabilities. Just trying to help.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I see a mistake too. The DLC1.TXT is MY key. It is in de mod, I will remove it. Also the GUID.txt is in de mod I think it has to be out also. Can anyone tell me about the GUID.TXT.

I am working on the v101 and put it online as soon as the problems are gone.

For okiemcguire, remove the DLC1.TXT and GUID.TXT in all the DLC maps of the mod, I hope this will work. I can not test it becausse I am dealing with my own keys in the game.

Razz1 thanks for your help. I want to make it like you say but have to study the GME first.

Razz1 can you run the DLC39 campaign if you install it with GME? Does that work?

Screenshots are looking very, very nice! :D

But can you please upload further Versions on MediaFire? Because sendspace are very slow!

I can download only with 80 kb/s with an 100 Mbit/s Internet connection.

For okiemcguire. I found out in gameplay that if a unit have to show up and the hex is occupied bij a other unit it will not appear. The units that show up later in the scenario Always show up far in the back, far from the frontline. Be shore you move your units in the direction of the frontline and they will not block new comming units.

I am editting the normal PC 1939 campaign now. There will be no key problem with that. I take the DLC Campaign out of the mod for now and bring it in later. v101 will be online soon with a updated PC 1939 campaign (first scenario's rest will follow in updfates)

Thanks PHCAS...

I am using GME for this mod. This will allow me to test from one version or the other.

On testing DLC GC39, I found out that when I copied your mod equipment file from data to YOUR DLC/GC39/Data folder, the DLC for 1939 started working correctly. The units began showing up and movement of the units was much better. I also deleted the DLC1.txt and GUID.txt from your mods DLC folder.

There is an equipment file in each delivered DLC data folder.


All is good, I will continue....

I misspoke... There are equipment files in DLC's GC39-GC42 only. The others appear not have one and there for will use the native PzC equipment file.

PHCAS, thanks for the latest version. It did take a good deal of time to download. Someone earlier recommended using medifafire instead of sendspace. This may speed up the download.

SInce I am using GME, I made the following changes:

1) Within the folder named "PHCAS mod v101":
a) renamed the Panzer Corps folder to "PHCAS_v101"
b) renamed the Panzer Corps (Campaigns) to "PHCAS_v101 (Campaigns)
2) I then copied your equipment.pzeqp file that is your Data folder within PHCAS_v101 into the Campaigns/DLC/GC39/Data folder. That means when I load the campaigns mod it will use your equipment data rather than what is delivered with GC39.
3) Copied both newly named folders and their contents to the games Panzer Corps/MODS folder for using with GME

To test the latest mod, I started GME and loaded only the PHCAS_v101 mod....(not the campaigns version)

I then started Panzer Corps, New Game and then 1939 Early Blitskreigs that is on the main menu. I was able to see the basic game with your new unit mods and capabilities. It appeared to be working fine. I will look into it for more detail but wanted to test the GME versions.

I then exited the game, started gme, and loaded the PHCAS_v101 (Campaigns) mod in addition to the basic mod.

I then started Panzer Corps, New Game, Campaigns, DLC 1939. All appeared to be operating as expected with your new mod.

Thanks again for this mod, I am still learning all the capabilities/switches that are allowed by certain units.

A quick note on using the GME.

You load your basic mod first then the Campaigns mod.

When you are done, you unload them in reverse order (i.e. Campaigns mod first then the basic mod).

Update v102 is online. A small update that makes the first scenario "Poland" of the normal 1939 Campaign as good as finished.

Thanks a lot for the new update. I used Okiemcquire's tips to help with installing this on to the GME, and it seems to be working fine. Your mod certainly makes the game look a lot better. :D :D :D
