Skraelings

Post by Probert »

When the Dark Ages books start coming out, is there any chance of including a Skraeling army to combat raiding Norsemen (the Norse did fight these folks over here on the nice side of the pond)? I realize that there are limited sources regarding the Skraelings, but it would be a fun, and radically different force in a Dark Ages book.

You do realise that the largest force the Vikings had over here was two longboats, at most forty warriors? And that they went through Skraelings like a hot knife through butter?

Well, it would be a very cheap army to put together, the Vikings at least.
