Core units
First of all, I love this game, now though I'm having a tech issue. When I play in campaign, after the game is won and I move on to the next scenario, my units don't increase in number. So as I advance in the campaign I still have the original number of units. This just started today the last week it was working fine. So when I start a campaign and have 8 Core units that's it for the rest of the campaign, any ideas. Thanks. One more thing I have the game on an iPad Air.

Re: Core units
When you buy new units, they get added to your core. Maybe you're forgetting to but new stuff?
You won't get free units just from winning a scenario.
Note you will have to do this to get to the USA scenarios: A Poland core isn't good enough to take on Pershing tanks.

We are newbies to slitherine, getting our accounts today! Also yes I love the game too, but I have never had to deal with this, is there something wrong with the iPad? Didn't it install correctly? Maybe it got delayed and left that feature out. I don't have it on the iPad so I really have no clue if the game is meant to be different like that. I wish you the best of luck with sorting this out.Ffweaver1 wrote:First of all, I love this game, now though I'm having a tech issue. I don't think it's a tech problem, just someone not understanding a concept. I remember being an Opel truck as well! 9July last years seems like a millenium away!)Wellingham wrote:We are newbies to slitherine, getting our accounts today! Re: Core units
Thanks for thoughts. I guess I didn't explain it we'll enough. I can't purchase new equipment. After each scenario, when I go to the placement of equipment, the purchase button is not functioning, it's not even highlighted. So if I start with a core of 8 units that's what I get for the whole campaign. I use to play this game so much when it first came out in the nineties, I'm pretty familiar with the set up, that's why I think it's a glitch of some sort.
Re: Core units
Does sound odd. The button should always be active even if you don't have enough prestige or any open slots. It tell you these things when you are in the purchasing screens.Ffweaver1 wrote:Thanks for thoughts. I guess I didn't explain it we'll enough. I can't purchase new equipment. Re: Core units
I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still the same. It shows I have more core units available but the purchase button won't light up our activate and I have plenty of prestige. So sad
Re: Core units
I'd put this in the suppport thread. It's not right.
Re: Core units
Have you tried the 'B' shorcut to access the purchase menu.
Wich PzC version are you playing? PC, steam, Ipad?
This bug never happened to me, in 300+ scenarios

Re: Core units
IMHO, it looks like an Ipad version specific bug.

No cheats in iPad. Sorry! (Not that I would be too worried about them)Ffweaver1 wrote:I use iPad how do you enter codes on iPad. There is no control alt del
