Unable to upload MP turn

I am unable to get a played MP turn to upload to the server. I have had a problem with MP turns for ages but if I end turn, accept the failed message and then cancel the turn would be uploaded. Now it fails every time. I think I upgraded to Win 8.1 since the last successful upload but can't be sure of that. Anyway, what information do you need to troubleshoot this?

Turns have been uploading prior to last week and I haven't changed anything. Are there specific ports that need to be opened?

I just gave it another go. Got the error 3 times but then the "Wrong turn" message. When I cancelled that, the turn uploaded.

The only other thing I did that turn different was to look at Internet Explorer - didn't change anything, just installed it. I saw a post about the proxy in IE. Maybe that helped?

Anyway, seems OK - for now.
