Camp ?

Post by Keith »

Ok , I have played some DBM in 15mm and have a decent camp for my Ancient Britons.

But I don't have anything for for a start , or should I just make somethign with some terrain etc ?
I guess I could raid my son's toy box and see if he has suitable scale cows or something :)

Anyone got some photos , suggestions ?

A lot of the figure makers like Essex have animal and non-combatant ranges. Baueda also
make a nice range of tents and such like:

You could even use a Roman camp and have your guys sacking the place

I have generic camp bases - which I use for many armies.
Damp tissue paper layered over rough shapes, tiny bits of balsa, card etc.
When dried - paint dark khaki, dry brush lighter.
Looks like supplies protected from weather by a covering, tarpaulin?
Not aesthetically brilliant but does a job.
Can't claim to be my own idea though - copied it.
