Difficult moves?

So got my rules in and my first supplement last night and they're overall fantastic! Great layout, full color is awesome, rules are mostly clear. I'm not all the way through but I do have one question - Difficult moves, I'm not sure I understand what these are. Do they just require a CMT?

Difficult forward moves are moves that are complex (for some types) in some circumstances but not in other circumstances.

Notably they are complex for "other undrilled" troops unless they have a commander with the Battle Group or Battle Line or are perfomed entirely outside 6" of the enemy.

We did not want to clutter up the main table by trying to list those circumstances in the main table.
