Unable to login

I have another user on this forum "Epsilon" I am unable to login with that user and resetting password doesn't help. Believe me I've tried many times. It seems like the user was either purged or banned from the system, though I cannot see why as I've not been an active poster on the forum - I have been participating in one or two beta's though.
The support email that was listed under the line "If resetting password doesn't work contact us @ " didn't actually lead anywhere.
So I'm posting my issue here, in the hopes that I can get some help.
I would like to provide some feedback to pandora, but since my registered beta user is unable to login to the forum, it's very hard to do so.
