Can't download DLC 39

I've got a problem. I purchased the download of DLC 39, and after a few minutes of trying to get it downloaded I started the download on firefox. The download cancelled itself however, and now when I try to download it again I get a message from plimus saying it's no longer available. HELP! I've paid for this and I want to play the campaign!

I get this:

Cannot download


This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

Ok, it's sorted. Plimus reset the url and it's downloading (slowly!) as I write this.

No problem. I like Slitherine becasue they have such a quick, and an excellent, customer service policy. It stops you getting annoyed and frustrated!
