How do you change icons for minor countries?

I would like to change the unit icons for minor countries so they would be more correctly represented with the right flags and unit types. I´ve found the image folder but only the major countries have their own icons set so the minor ones are "sharing" another country ones.

For example, i would like to be able to change the Nationalist Spain icons so they, at least, show german ones (now they use UK ones, and that´s terribly wrong).

It is also possible to create a whole icon set for minor countries (like Spain or Poland)? That would be awesome.

Good question. I only see units here and they all appear to be major:

Commander - Europe At War\image\unit

However, some of the major units could be better differentiated... Like the Italian units having German crosses on them, etc.
