trying to make a list of specific Cans/Cants of the various Cohesion levels.... are there any I have missed..please add

Disordered
[*]Lose 1 dice per 3 shooting/melee
[*]Can assault but must CMT unless enemy is Waver/Broken or is itself Gd/Shock/unspent Impet
[*]Can and Must Countercharge(except Lcav Skirm must only CCharge Lcav Skirm) no test required

[*]Impetuous doesn’t need to make impetuous moves
[*]Must take CT when assaulted
[*]must make immediate Outcome move if all shooting is at Med range & causes cohesion loss
[*]must Make immediate Outcome move vs Flank Marchers (min 6MU)
[*]Cav can be charged by Inf
[*]Cannot be in Brigade Group
[*]Cannot provide Supporting Fire
[*]Cannot provide Melee Support Flank/Rear factors

It is a useful reference, and a lot of work, especially without a soft copy meaning each reference must be hunted down manually. I'd suggest putting it in a table format with columns for each and rows organized into Assault, Combat, Movement FIre subheadings etc.

Common sense suggests that Broken troops that rally successfully become Spent and Wavering. In your research did you find a reference that says what happens when Broken Rally, other than going into Tactical formation?

I believe broken troops can reform into tactical and reform facing any direction they want. As long as they are rallied to above wavering they can move and fight as the player wishes.
