multiplayer access problem

Due to hard disk problem, I rebought and reinstall FoG.
I installed "field_of_glory_1.3.3" then used the "in game updater" to update to "version 1.7.1". Otherwise I put the serial number Rise of Rome, Immortal Fire, Legion Triunphant that I previously bought.
FOG seems to be running OK, but when I try to enter again in multiplayer mode it refuses the access ... error code 11 ... I would like to mantain my old username Mark62 in order to keep on playing my old games. Can you help me ...

Sorry you are having problems. Can you send your username and all serials to info@slitherine.co.uk so we can investigate. Do not post your serials here! :)

I have recently purchesed Field of Glorie pc and all the add ons but have hit a problem that when I try to play on line and send my moves I get "Network connection error (Code-1). Retry doesn't work and I get nothing when I try copy Details. I sure hope You or someone can help me here!! Also, I built a scenario of the Battle of Issus but Can't get it to play! Please Help!! :shock: :? :( :roll: Okie
