Field of Glory - Regular Program Crash

After playing field of glory or simply having the main menu open for some time. 30mins to 1 hour the program crashes and displays the attached error message

'The instruction at "0x0465ba60" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Please help

b. RAM = 2.00GB
c. CPU = Dual Core 6400@2.13Ghz
d. Video Card = Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT
e. Video RAM = 2.00GB
f. Operating System = Windows XP SP3
