No activation Code and game not working

Sir,
just downloaded Chariots of War. But do not get an activation code. Tried the access code without effect.
Have e-mailed support but without response. Perhaps it will take many days before reply?

Can anybody help!

Hi Lynx,

sorry you are having problems. In the confirmation mail from softwrap you should receive an order ID which is your activation code. If you have not received a mail from softwrap check your spam filter and if you still cannot find it please mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details, such as date and e-mail address so we can try and track down the problem.
