I've noticed that there haven't been any new scenarios posted here in a while. Is the site not accepting new ones? :(

No, nothing like that is happening. I am reading about hippies at the moment so there won't be anything from me for a while. I suppose I could come up with the battle of Berkeley or Red Lion Square though! :lol:
