KRIEGSSPIEL computer game?

I am wondering wether there will be a "Kriegsspiel" Computer game once.

I guess most of you do not know what I mean by this.

You have to play the original Kriegspiel (v. Reisswitz) to understand the difference between a Kriegsspiel and a wargame.
Kriegsspiel is a kind of tabletop wargame which includes fog of war and an time delaying command system.(normally in rounds of 15 min)

If you give a new order to a sub general 30 min away from you, he will adopt to it two round later.
If this sub general contacts enemy you get this information 30 min (game time) later than the actual contact.
This could result in the combat already lost at the time when you get first knowledge of enemy troops.
Of course sighting is limited too. You never know how strong the enemy is and where he is.

At the end of a battle battle can be reviewed without fog of war, so you can find out about your mistakes.
Kriegsspiel would be perfect for online wargaming, as the computer would do the job of a gamemaster that would be needed otherwise.
