[BUG] LT v1.4.7beta - No Rear Attack PoA

Here's a kind of a strange sighting:

The Dacian LC attacking the roman HC in the rear gets no Rear Attack PoA, while the romans get a +0 PoA for Attacker's next to Defender's rear?!!

I think it is right. The LH don't get a + and since it is LH hitting the rear, the Romans don't get a -.
