Another question re LF.

Post by hidde »

My HF have two LF in front of it. I want the HF to follow one of them, not the other in case he do follow when they evade. Wich one do I attack?
For some reason I had concluded that I should attack the LF I wanted to pursue. Now I start to think that it's the other way round; the one that is not attacked and therefor evades second is the one my HF will pursue. Or is it random?

Hi, Pursuit occurs only after combat, so if a unit attacks another unit after the combat phase then the attacking unit is committing an anarchy charge/attack & not a pursuit.

As long as both are in your frontal arc then charge the one you don't want to follow. Basically he evades then the other LF will evade and you will follow that one. If the second one is not in a frontal hex thus requiring a face change then you'll continue after the original target.

Sorry, pursue were the wrong word in the circumstance I tried to describe.
Pantherboy have given me the answer, though. Thanks.
