Possible bug

Playing a game where I have had 4 to 7 umits attempting to loot the camp. The camp is 2 hexes away from the table edge. Noticed now for the last few turns it only shows one of those units, "looting" or "failing" in his attempt. Again only 1. When I from 1 to 4 it would go through each one, fail, fail, loot etc.

Hopefully this is quite clear. Just wondering if this is a known issue. Again for the last 3 turns the game only shows one unit "looting" or "failing" while trying to loot the baggage. I have 7 units in contact.
