transporting infantry!

While waiting for the next beta, some ideas about the game!

The Stug's were often used for transporting infantry!

The transport attribute on the excel chart in the ordner data/squads could be chanced and the vehicles are then transporting infantry!

Tanks were used to transport infantry as well. But I don't think we should be making them into transports.

Experience Ratio = (def exp level + 2)/(att exp level + 2)
Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)

not ALL of them!

Most of them are even not capable for that!

But f.e. Stug's can and did!

We did consider allowing all or most units to transport units (as troops would often hitch a ride) - but from a gameplay point of view it is more interesting (and also more consistent) to have transport units be generally seperate, obvious and recognisable.
