I am staying on my own in the same hotel (at least I assume it is the same one). I don't know if we could get away with cancelling one of the two rooms but I am happy to share.

Hi Hammy

It is the Travelodge Braehead.

If you cancel just say you didn't know you were booked in with our party.

It will save each person £15, and I'm sure you'd make full use of that on the night.

Hunter has been ultra efficient and released them more than a week before the competition.

I start requesting (or demanding) them usually a week before.

I hopefully look forward to kicking your butt in Scotland.

Scotland (Ian Austin, Ian Mackay, John Munro) won the Celtic Cup
Halifax (Rob Taylor, Roger Greenwood, Kevin Johnson) won the non Celtic team trophy

FoG:
1st James Hamilton
2nd Rob Taylor
3rd David Houston

The full results will be on the BHGS site ASAP. The FoG results will be passed to Karsten for inclusion in the Hall of Honour when I get them.

I'd just like to say thanks again to Hunter and his team for all of the organisiaton and catering and making this a very friendly event, well worth the journey to take part. And of course to Hammy for umpiring.
