Digital Rivers system has not attached your serial numbers to purchase confirmation mails with the download link. I have been giving them a kick and it is getting sorted.

You can find your serial number if you look up your order at www.findmyorder.com.

I know this is very frustrating for you all and we have fixed the problem going forwards but we are going to have to manually create a list from the database online and mail them out to you. Many apolgies for this inconvenience and we will get you up and running ASAP.

Any orders placed from now onwards will not be effected.
