Headquarters Cold War - Launcher error on GeForce NOW

Hi, I play exclusively using GeForce NOW. The game stops just after the launcher window pops up showing a dialog with message: The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application.

Is there any method to skip the Launcher window and try to run the game executable directly (even for testing purposes).
