It’s been a long ride, and you’ve been with us for all of it.

Since Steel Balalaika first announced the game on their Patreon back in 2020, and since Slitherine announced its partnership with Steel Balalaika in 2021.

Through many betas and playtests you have been with us, while the community kept growing, and everyone kept asking the same question over and over: “When is Broken Arrow releasing?”.

Well, without further ado, we can proudly say that Broken Arrow is releasing now.



Many brave commanders, first into the fray in exchanging blows with one another, have been engaged into battle since Monday. Now it’s time to escalate and turn what has been a skirmish into an all out war and let everyone else join the fight.

We can’t stress enough how important it is for you to let us know what you think about the game, to leave a review on Steam and give us your honest opinion on discord, steam or elsewhere.

Broken Arrow is a game built for and around its community, and most importantly it’s a game built to stay.



We have long term plans for the future of the game, with many new factions and theaters of war being added, as well as shorter term considerations and plans. Expect to hear from us on our immediate plans soon enough.

Until then, what are you waiting for? The war won’t win itself!

love the game! but as a father and a full time worker I NEED to be able to save and walk away I rarely get more than 30-35 minutes at a time to play. but other than that I love the game!

Wie versprochen hab ich den vollen Preis bezahlt und bin bisher hin und weg, hier stimmt einfach alles.

Die einzige Kritiken die ich hab und ja die werden ja gefixt.

- immer noch kein speichern möglich in der Kampagne
- warum gibt es nur eine US Kampagne?
- Offline Szenarios geben kein XP
- warum erhalten die Einheiten keine Ränge bzw. Erfahrung in dem was sie tun (siehe auch die Wargame Reihe)

Ich war erstaunt das ihr sogar eine PzH 2000 in der zweiten Mission hattet, zudem sind die Schiffe wie auch auch in einem Szenario meine eigentlichen Lieblinge.

Denn ähnlich wie in der Men of War Reihe bin ich gerne Offline oder PVE unterwegs, da ich Zeit brauche.

Man würde sich freuen, wenn weitere Fraktionen reinkommen oder gar erweiterte Kompanien.

Denn die Drohnen könnten weitaus mehr ausgebaut werden und ja ich weiss um die Balance sehr gut Bescheid.

Bei der Army liebe ich die Fire and Forget Systeme aller Art, bei den Russen die Drohnen, Flugabwehr und Artillerie samt die geile Flugstaffel.

Schon allein die Liebe zum Detail was die Migs oder die SU57 so an Waffen tragen kann, sucht seinesgleichen.

Aber der grösste Pluspunkt geht an den Sound der SU57, genau wie im Realen, wie habt ihr das geschafft?

Broken Arrow ist das "Game of the Year" in meinen Augen, wir wären froh wenn neue Karten, Einheiten und Co. weiter hinzugefügt werden
