Any mods to make the UI dark with light text?

Hi. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes. I'm visually impaired and I have a very hard time reading dark text on a light background. In fact I can't read white web pages or paper at all. Are there any mods for the Order Of Battle WW2 UI that make the background dark with light or white text?

I second this. I also struggle with the small text on white background. Or even just.a font size control would be great. Really like Order of battle and really want to get back into playing it.
