Can't Turn Off Fast AI Turn

Hello,

I recently finished the 1941 scenario and purchased the remaining DLC's to continue the story. During the first 1942 mission I accidentally clicked on the Fast AI Turn toggle button. Now I can't turn it off regardless of whether I click/unclick the button again, start a brand new or different campaign, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the complete game.
