Game runs slow, low fps

Just have bough PC2, but when try to play the game it starts to run slow, laggy, fps drops and gets unplayable.

I reduced everything to minimum but still running slow. I dont know what to do.

My configs are:

i5-7700
16gb RAM 2400
RX 5700 XT 8gb
